THE BUILD DETAILS MATTER
How Is a Modified Japanese Car Recreated in Bricks?
A custom JDM car model should represent the owner's current build, not simply the factory version of the same car. Clear photographs let us study the stance, wheel fitment, body color, roof configuration, aero parts, graphics, and other visible modifications. Because a compact brick model cannot reproduce every small component at full scale, the best brief identifies the three to five details that make the car instantly recognizable to its owner. We translate those priorities into a brick interpretation and provide a digital preview before production begins. The preview gives the customer a chance to check the color blocking, silhouette, wheels, and must-show modifications while changes are still possible. After approval, the model is prepared as a buildable display piece with digital instructions—a small version of the project car, shaped around the choices that made the build personal.

This dark blue Japanese roadster example focuses on the low two-seat silhouette, wheel style, roof treatment, and the owner's recognizable color combination.

Questions About Custom JDM Car Models
How to brief modifications and review a brick interpretation of your build.
Can you recreate the modifications on my JDM car?
We can use clear photographs to represent visible details such as wheels, wings, body kits, graphics, contrasting panels, and stance. Because brick scale has limits, identify the three features that matter most to you.
What size will my finished model be?
A typical reference size is approximately W 14.3 × H 6.7 cm. Depending on the vehicle, proportions, and custom details, the longest dimension may be up to approximately 20 cm. Final dimensions vary from one design to another.
Is every model designed from the customer's actual car?
Yes. We use the photos and details you provide to recreate the features that make your vehicle recognizable, including its body color, wheels, plate, and selected modifications.
What photos should I upload?
Clear front, rear, side, and 45-degree photos give us the best reference. Please also include close-ups of any wheels, spoilers, decals, body kits, or details you want us to capture.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We send you a digital preview to review before production begins. You can check the overall shape, color, wheels, and key custom details before approving the design.
Can I request changes to the preview?
Yes. You can request adjustments during the preview stage. Production starts only after the design has been approved.
How do I build the model?
Your package includes access to a digital step-by-step building guide. Scan the included QR code and follow the instructions on your phone at your own pace.
