Please note that production and delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Can I Change the Shipping Country or Address for My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, we are generally unable to change the shipping address, destination country/region, or other delivery information.

How Soon Will My Order Ship After I Complete Payment?

Many MyCarInBricks products are made specifically for your order. Production and order processing typically take approximately 2–5 business days.

Once your product has been completed and passed our quality inspection, we will arrange shipment.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 10–15 business days.

Therefore, the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is generally around 12–20 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, shipping carrier, holidays, and other factors.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping.

If additional shipping charges apply to a particular country/region, special shipping method, or specific order, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

Once your order has been completed, passed our quality inspection, and is ready to ship, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Because some MyCarInBricks products are custom-made or personalized, we take quality inspection seriously before shipment.

If we discover an issue with your customized product during our quality inspection and it needs to be remade, shipment of your order may be delayed.

Only products that pass our quality inspection will be shipped.

Our goal is not simply to ship your order as quickly as possible, but to ensure that you receive a properly made, high-quality custom piece that is worth keeping and remembering.
